The Scriptures reveal a pattern of God’s people warring against and overcoming those who occupy the capital cities so it becomes a stronghold for the Kingdom of God. In the natural, capital cities carry influence over territory and people. Spiritually, they possess strategic assignments, governmental authority and apostolic destinies. Militarily, leaders have long understood and warred to control the capital cites.
The vision and assignment for the Capital Cities Tour is to call together the apostolic/prophetic companies in each state – gather in the capital cities – and through worship, intercession, prophetic release, apostolic declarations establish a stronghold for the Kingdom of God. The Capital Cities Tour will cast vision for a mindset to occupy the chief city and mobilize companies of believers to develop strategies of transformation. We can only transform what we’ve taken!
The strategy for the Capital Cities Tour is to hold 25 gatherings beginning in December 2007 and ending with the November 2008 election including;
- The key states where primaries are held.
- On-site during the Republican & Democratic conventions.
- Washington, D.C.
- The 20+ states where we have relational connections. |
